Before you book

Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?+
Not immediately. Your preferred slot is held as a request while we check the vehicle and service details. We will then contact you to confirm the booking.
How long will you need my vehicle?+
Vehicles are left with us for the day. Choose an hourly drop-off time between 9am and 4pm, and we will contact you when the vehicle is ready to collect.
Will I know the price before work starts?+
Yes. We check the vehicle details first so the quote is relevant to your car. Any additional work is explained and agreed before it is carried out.
Do you offer MOT testing?+
We do not currently offer MOT testing. The services available to book are listed on our Services page, with tyres and air-conditioning maintenance planned for a later stage.
Where are you based?+
We are based in Bromborough and currently serve customers across the Wirral. Our full drop-off address is supplied with the confirmed booking.
